Guidelines for Authors

The Journal of Sustainable Peace & Growth invites authors to submit high-quality, original research articles, reviews, case studies, and theoretical papers that contribute to the interdisciplinary understanding of sustainability, peace, and economic development. Please follow the guidelines below to ensure that your submission is considered for publication:

• Originality: Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
• Language: All manuscripts should be written in clear and concise English. Non-native English speakers are encouraged to seek professional language editing services if needed.
• Word Limit: Research articles should typically be between 4,000 and 7,000 words, including references, tables, and figures. Review articles may extend to 8,000 words.
• Formatting: Manuscripts should be formatted in Times New Roman, 12-point font, double-spaced, with 1-inch margins on all sides. The text should be in Microsoft Word format (.doc or.docx).

Manuscripts should be organized as follows:

• Title Page: Include the title of the manuscript, author(s) full name(s), affiliation(s), corresponding author's contact details (email, phone number), and any acknowledgments or conflicts of interest.
• Abstract: Provide a concise abstract that summarizes the main objectives, methods, results, and conclusions of the paper.
• Keywords: Include 4-6 relevant keywords that accurately describe the content of the article.
• Introduction: Present the research problem, objectives, and significance of the study. Provide relevant background information, including a brief review of existing literature.
• Methodology: Clearly outline the research design, methods, data collection procedures, and analysis techniques used.
• Results: Present the research findings in a clear and logical order, using tables, figures, or charts where appropriate.
• Discussion: Analyze the results in the context of existing literature, highlighting their implications, limitations, and contributions to the field.
• Conclusion: Summarize the main findings, their practical applications, and suggestions for future research.
• References: Follow the APA (7th edition) citation style for in-text citations and the reference list. All sources cited in the manuscript must be included in the reference list.

• All figures and tables should be numbered consecutively (e.g., Figure 1, Table 1) and accompanied by a clear caption.
• Figures should be of high resolution (minimum 300 dpi) and submitted separately in image files (JPEG, PNG).
• Tables should be presented in a readable format, with each column clearly labeled.

• Manuscripts will undergo a double-blind peer review process. Authors should remove any identifying information from the manuscript to ensure anonymity during review.
• The review process may take several weeks, and authors will be notified of the decision regarding their manuscript once reviews are completed.
• Authors may be asked to revise and resubmit their manuscript based on the reviewer's comments.

• Plagiarism: Submissions must be free of plagiarism. All sources of information, including direct quotes, paraphrased material, and data, must be properly cited.
• Conflict of Interest: Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could influence the research or manuscript evaluation.
• Informed Consent: If the research involves human participants, authors must provide evidence of informed consent and ethical approval from a relevant committee.
• Data Availability: Authors are encouraged to make their data available in publicly accessible repositories, if applicable, and should mention this in the manuscript.

• Manuscripts should be submitted via the journal's online submission portal.
• Authors must include a cover letter with their submission, indicating that the manuscript has not been submitted elsewhere and that all authors have read and approved the manuscript.
• Upon acceptance, authors will be required to sign a copyright transfer agreement and provide any additional materials requested by the editorial team.

• Authors retain the copyright of their work, but by submitting it to the journal, they grant the journal the right to publish the article and make it available online.
• The journal operates under an open-access model, meaning articles are freely accessible to readers.

• Authors will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of their manuscript after the review process. If accepted, authors must make necessary revisions based on reviewer feedback and submit the final version.
• Upon final acceptance, the article will be copyedited, and the authors will receive proofs for approval before publication.
