About the Session

This session explores how scientific inquiry, technological innovation, and policy integration can drive environmentally responsible growth and long-term peace. The focus will be on research and applied models that link scientific advancement with ecological balance, climate resilience, renewable transitions, sustainable infrastructure, and evidence-based governance.

The session will include:

  • 20-minute Keynote Address
  • Five technical presentations (7–10 minutes each)
  • Interactive Q&A and moderated discussion

Core themes include:

  • Climate adaptation and mitigation science
  • Sustainable materials and green technologies
  • Renewable energy systems
  • Water, food and energy security
  • Circular economy models
  • Science-driven public policy
  • Innovation ecosystems for sustainable development

This session positions science not merely as discovery, but as a stabilizing force for sustainable peace.

Prof. (Dr.) Ashwani Kumar Dubey

Professor

Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering

Amity School of Engineering and Technology, Amity University, Noida, UP.


Dr. Ashwani Kumar Dubey is a Professor with over 20 years of academic and research experience. He holds a Ph.D. from Jamia Millia Islamia and completed his postdoctoral research in 2025. He has published 120+ research papers, filed 23 patents (7 granted), and has organized several IEEE SPIN international conferences. He has also guided multiple Ph.D. scholars and works in areas such as AI, machine learning, image processing, and wireless sensor networks. He was honored with the “Shikshak Shiromani Award” by Lions Club, Delhi in 2011. 

Prof. (Dr.) Neel Mani

Department of Computer Science & Engineering, 

Swami Rama Himalayan University (SRHU), Dehradun.


He is a Professor, Department of Computer Science & Engineering, Swami Rama Himalayan University (SRHU), Dehradun. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from Dublin City University, Ireland, and completed his postdoctoral research at University College Dublin, specialising in digital and precision agriculture, with a focus on yield forecasting, crop recommendation, and AI applications. His research employs a strong multidisciplinary approach to solve real-world problems in healthcare, Agri Tech, Climate and Green Tech, and Bioinformatics, with a specialisation in Big Data genomics and its AI Applications. He has more than four prestigious international fellowships, including the Marie Curie postdoctoral fellowship. He is an Expert Member in the Task Monitoring & Review Committee (TMRC) of DRDO Young Scientist Laboratory - Smart Materials.

  • Oral Presentation (in-person)
  • Poster Presentation (in-person; displayed during designated poster session)
  • Participation Only (attendee without presentation)

This session is conducted in offline mode as per conference schedule. Any hybrid participation will require prior approval from the Session Chair.

Publication of Articles (Session-Level)

Selected full-length papers presented in this session will be:

  • Recommended for publication in the conference proceedings (with ISBN)
  • Considered for edited volume / peer-reviewed journal  special issue (subject to review quality and editorial standards)

All submitted manuscripts will undergo a peer-review process.

Possibility of Extended Publication

High-quality papers may be shortlisted for:

  • Special issue in an indexed journal (subject to editorial review and additional peer-review requirements)
  • Policy brief compilation to be released as “Peace & Sustainability Recommendations 2026” (this is optional subjected to terms      and conditions)

Final publication decisions will depend on academic rigor, originality, and reviewer recommendations. 

Session Governance and Operational Flexibility

  • The Session Chair may appoint Co-Chair(s) to ensure smooth academic and logistical functioning.
  • The Session Mentor will oversee time discipline, session coherence, and quality moderation.
  • The Session Chair may independently manage abstract screening, session sequencing, and academic standards.

  • 250–300 words
  • Include title, author(s), affiliation, email
  • Clearly state methodology and key findings
